The music of Endearments has always inhabited a singular space, mingling the crystalline poise of new wave and post-punk with the emotional release of contemporary pop. The Brooklyn dream-pop trio began as the solo project of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Marksson, with drummer Will Haywood Smith and guitarist Anjali Nair joining in early-2022 to complete the lineup.
Wetsuit is a Brooklyn-based band fronted by songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist Allison Becker, accompanied by guitarist Anders Nils, bassist Paul DeSilva, and drummer Stephen Cadieux. Wetsuit makes "delightfully wonky indie rock" that "screams good times and fond memories; past, present, and future all bottled tight, and wrapped up in a mop of curls and one hell of a powerful voice."
