High Waisted

Jessica Louise Dye gets knocked down and silently gets up again.  After High Waisted's brief comeback in 2022, Dye underwent vocal cord surgery which left her speechless for months.  Tours were canceled.  Recording projects were shelved. Hopes were diminished.  Tears were shed. Shaken and distraught, Dye has dedicated the last year to writing, recording, healing and relearning to sing.  With the aid of musical partner Dan Rico, a refreshed High Waisted is back with a new single “Season of The Bitch”

Quirky 60's garage rock is reimagined from the Lower East Side, High Waisted celebrates pop sensibilities, feminist ideals and an affliction for rock and roll. They’ve been called NME Magazine’s “Buzz Band to Watch,” declared “The Ultimate Party Band” by GQ and have received praise from Nylon Mag, Billboard, Consequence of Sound, Noisey, UPROXX and Paste.  They’ve collaborated with Refinery29, Sofar Sounds, we’re featured on a record store day release compilation with Bikini Kill, Lenny Kaye, and Atmosphere, wrote a song for NPR's More Perfect with a feature on their podcast, were featured by SXSW, completed a headline show at the Hard Rock Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip for SBTV, and did it all in high heels.

The group has played festivals like Riot Fest and SXSW and shared the stage with artists like Brazilian Girls, Shannon and the Clams, Kitten, Titus Andronicus, The Donkeys, Har Mar Superstar, The Coathangers, La Sera, Diarrhea Planet, La Luz, Thick and Pom Pom Squad.

With their third album set to release in summer of 2024 High Waisted is an old friend calling you back. They missed you.

Fiona Silver

Fiona Silver is a pixie-sized powerhouse- a singer, songwriter, guitarist and, “rockstar, period.” [Beautiful Savage Magazine] Born-and-bred in New York City, Silver mesmerizes audiences with her seductive charm and take-no-prisoners punk ethic. Phoenix Magazine [U.K.], named her a “female pioneer smashing glass ceilings… torching patriarchal rock."

Fiona Silver has toured throughout North America with Gary Clark Jr., opened for Black Pumas, and shared the stage with Carlos Santana and Gwen Stefani. PAPER Magazine vividly describes Silver’s music, “Atop jangling guitars, and surf-rock drum rhythms, Silver channels an anguished Motown girl-group leader under the spell of a lover who comes and goes like ocean waves.”

Paste Magazine says "...femme fatale, an heiress apparent to Amy Winehouse... or a modern day chanteuse given her spit and sass, Fiona Silver clearly demands immediate attention."
